The Selkirks: Beehive Lake is based on a fall backpacking trip spent sketching beside the water as it reflected the vibrant orange and yellow foliage radiating around us. It was one of those nights that began with the warmth of summer and overnight you felt the season shift to the crispness of autumn.

Painted in 2024. Giclée fine art print printed in Spokane, Washington on cold-press, matte paper with a gentle fiber texture.
